Dream Moms — A Support Program for Mothers
A leadership and growth space created for mothers. Developing Resilient, Empowered, Active Mothers.
Launching Spring 2026

You Carry a Lot. This Space Is for You.
Mothers carry the weight of family leadership every single day. They make long-term decisions, navigate challenges, and set the tone for the entire household, often without a community around them that truly understands what that experience feels like.
It's not that the support doesn't exist somewhere. It's that most spaces don't make room for the full picture of what motherhood actually looks like. The hard parts alongside the beautiful ones. The questions that don't have easy answers. The goals that get pushed to the back burner because everyone else's needs come first.
Dream Moms creates that room. A welcoming, judgment-free environment where mothers can pause, reconnect with who they are beyond the roles they fill, and grow alongside other women who genuinely understand the journey.
What You Can Expect at Dream Moms
- Build confidence in your everyday leadership within the home
- Gain practical planning tools you can use immediately
- Strengthen communication within your family
- Grow alongside other women who understand the weight of this season
- Leave each session with something concrete you can apply at home
How Dream Moms Works
Dream Moms sessions are built around Legacy Circles, welcoming small group gatherings where mothers come together for guided reflection, honest conversation, and practical growth.
Sessions typically begin with reflection prompts that invite mothers to consider who they are beyond the roles they fill for others. Facilitated conversations then explore topics related to personal growth, family leadership, and navigating the challenges mothers commonly face. Financial literacy conversations from the FLAG curriculum are woven in to support discussions around family stability, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Participants are encouraged to share experiences, build relationships with other mothers, and develop personal goals that support their own growth and well-being. Every session is designed to feel like a safe, supportive space where honesty is welcome and growth is the goal.
Sessions typically run 90 minutes to 2 hours and are currently held at the West Haven Public Library on Elm Street.
What You Will Gain
- Renewed clarity about your personal goals and direction
- Stronger community connections with other mothers who get it
- Increased leadership confidence within your family
- Practical insights that support family planning and financial awareness
- A peer support network you can lean on beyond the sessions

Who Dream Moms Is For
