Christopher founded Family First Initiative to help individuals and families access the leadership, mentorship, financial literacy, and practical support systems that many communities are missing.
He believes leadership, literacy, wellness, workforce readiness, and legacy planning should be practical, accessible, and reinforced through real-world learning and community connection.
Through Family First Initiative, Christopher and the FFi team work to create programs that strengthen communication, leadership, confidence, decision-making, and long-term stability across generations.
From youth leadership and family engagement to workforce readiness, financial literacy, mentorship, and community-centered events, FFi is designed to help people build stronger foundations at every stage of life.
